How can I schedule a viewing?

Call or email our office at inquiries@gramercymg.com to schedule a showing for an available unit.

Do I have to sign a lease?

Yes, whether it be a month to month lease or a term lease, a lease agreement must be signed before you can move into a property. 

Do I have to fill out an application?

Yes, all applicants are required to fill our an application.  This includes all occupants who will reside in the unit.  A credit check, employment verficiation and a criminal record check are also required.

What is your security deposit policy?

All properties require a security deposit equal to one months rent.  It can be paid in 2 installments of 50% each.  The first payment must be paid prior to moving into the unit, with the other 50% due within 60 days after moving in.  

Who do I contact if there is an emergency?

Please call 306-559-6352 immediately. 

What do you classify as an emergency?

A security breach, water escape and no heat (during cold months) are all items that need to be dealt with immediately.
