Our Team

Alyssa has worked in property management for more than 9 years.  She has experience in managing a variety of properties including condominiums, commercial and residential properties.  After completing the required property management courses in 2016, Alyssa chose to further her skills by receiving her Administrative Professional Diploma from Robertson College.   Over the years Alyssa has polished her organizational, and communication skills while growing her interpersonal skills that she continues using as a property manager. 

Danielle has worked in property management and facility management for more than 15 years. Danielle received her Diploma in Architectural and Building Technologies as well as an Applied Certificate in Architectural Heritage and Building Renovations from SIAST in 2006.   She also has certifications in Project Management and Change Management and is a Facility Management Professional.  She is a licensed property manager and Realtor® through the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission and is a board member for CCI – South Saskatchewan Chapter.  

Dan has worked in the property management industry for the last seven years. He was a Managing Partner at Wascana Property Management Ltd. where his main duty was overseeing the accounting and financial activities for over fifty properties which included condominiums, residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. In addition to his financial management duties, Dan was also a Property Manager for several condominium corporations where he gained extensive experience and knowledge navigating the Condominium Property Act, 1993, the Condominium Property Regulations, 2001, as well as individual condominium corporation's Bylaws and Policies. Most of Dan's professional background is in non-profit management where he worked with volunteer boards to effectively run the day-today operations and oversee the accounting and financial activities of the organizations. He is licensed Property Manager with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission; in which is he is also a member.
